The Role:

An opportunity now exists for a conscientious individual who enjoys working in a busy and fast paced environment as a Casual Hub Sorter, located in Tullamarine, VIC.

We are dedicated to offering the successful individual continual training and support for potential career development at UPS, prioritising collaboration and effective interpersonal relationships to build a productive team.

This will be an AM position with potential start times between 4am and 6am Monday to Sunday.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Sort and Load packages into and out of the warehouse.
  • Pack and dispatch local and interstate parcels
  • Lodge and pick up freight from the airlines
  • Process parcels and scan in accordance with MOPs
  • Additional tasks as specified by the Supervisor

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS

  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift license preferred
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Prepared to work flexible shifts including afternoon shift and weekend rosters.
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to read and memorise postal codes
