Join a fast-growing, community driven sportswear business that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Manager to manage order fulfilment, inventory, and client deliveries across SEQ.

Key Responsibilities

·      Accurately pick, pack, and check customer orders

·      Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

·      Coordinate with local decorators to manage deadlines and arrange job deliveries/collections

·      Perform regular stock takes and update inventory systems

·      Deliver and collect jobs across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Toowoomba

·      Conduct quality control checks on incoming stock

·      Prioritise orders based on client deadlines, transit times, and event schedules

·      Support sales and production teams with post-sale order issues

·      Keep internal systems updated with current order status

·      Book freight services based on cost, reliability, and delivery timeframes

Skills & Experience

·      Excellent communication and attention to detail

·      Experience improving warehouse processes and efficiencies

·      Familiarity with local and international freight systems

·      Understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse safety practices

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

·      Physically fit (able to lift moderate to heavy cartons)

·      Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

·      Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

·      Current driver's licence required

·      Competent with Excel, Outlook, CRM, and eCommerce platforms
