Join a fast-growing, community driven sportswear business that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storeperson & Order Fulfilment candidate to manage order fulfilment, inventory, stock counting and client deliveries across SEQ.

Operating in our 300m² low level storage warehouse, this is a hands on role that requires a moderate level of fitness to perform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock
  • Unloading incoming deliveries from Trucks & Couriers
  • Organise and maintain storage areas
  • Conduct regular stocktake and audits
  • Monitor and report on stock levels
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately
  • Prepare orders for dispatch, including labelling
  • Coordinate with couriers for timely delivery
  • Ensure all orders meet quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and restocking
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g.; manual pallet jacks, trolley)
  • Support production and sales teams when required

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Experience improving warehouse processes and efficiencies
  • Familiarity with local and international freight systems
  • Understanding of safe manual handling and warehouse safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physically fit (able to lift moderate to heavy cartons)
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • Current driver's licence required
  • Competent with Excel, Outlook, CRM, and eCommerce platforms
