Position Descriptor:

The Tailored Learning Teacher role will teach across both Middle (8-9) and Senior years within the Tailored Learning classrooms at Payinthi. The successful applicant will be required to deliver SACE assessed subjects likely in the compulsory subject areas of EIF/AIF/Literacy/Numeracy.

The successful applicant will provide teaching and learning programs across a range of learning areas displaying both flexibility and supports to meet the diverse range of learner needs.

Learners will have varying levels of engagement, attendance and academic ability - necessitating thorough record keeping, diverse thinking and planning.

Knowledge and experience of Positive Behaviour for Learning frameworks is desirable. Knowledge and experience of working with SACE and it's flexibilities will be desirable.
