Field Service Technician

Full-time | Permanent

We're currently looking for a qualified and experienced Field Service Technician to join our teamin Sunshine West, Melbourne.

Move into our industry– if you're qualified and experienced in a different field and interested in transitioning, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

What we are looking for:

  • Trade-qualified in Automotive, Mobile Plant, HD Mechanics or similar
  • Experience with heavy equipment
  • Experience with forklifts, access equipment, or mining equipment is preferred
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive customer service approach
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Hydraulics and electrical experience a plus
  • Australian work rights - we're open to discussing various visa situations

As a Field Service Mechanic, you will:

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and modifications on equipment
  • Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and fix issues
  • Keep machines running safely and efficiently
  • Provide high-quality service to support customer satisfaction
