Join a Small Team Making a Big Impact in Architectural Precast Concrete

We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Fitter to join our collaborative team. You'll work closely with the Production Manager to maintain and enhance our custom-built, largely automated plant that manufactures small architectural precast concrete products.

About the Role:

This role is hands-on, dynamic, and central to our success. Our plant features custom robotics and a range of machinery, including:

Mixing and Batching

Grinding, blasting, cuttting and edge profiling machinery

Water treatment, dust extraction and vac lifting systems

Robotic packaging equipment and automated stacking

Fully integtated cutom robotic demoulding and mould preparation plant

You'll take the lead on:

Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across all facility and plant equipment

Collaborating on plant upgrades and system improvements

Training and mentoring a trainee maintenance engineer

Developing proactive maintenance strategies with the team

This is a physically demanding role that involves some dirty and heavy work, but offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements.
