Mid-Level Civil Operator / Junior Lead

  • Hone your skills working alongside experienced crew

  • Step into leadership responsibilities at your pace

Experienced Civil Crew Leader

  • Take charge of civil crews on infrastructure projects

  • Solve problems, drive performance, and deliver results

  • Lead with integrity, experience, and a team-first mindset

What We're Looking For

Qualifications (Tailored to Role)
Mid-Level

- MR or HR Truck Licence (Manual preferred)
- Excavator Ticket
- 3 years excavator experience (preferably working around live services in built-up areas)
- Ability to read plans and use BYD (Before You Dig) tools
- 5 years experience in civil infrastructure or utilities

Experienced Crew Leader

- All of the above, plus:
- Proven leadership experience, ideally on gas or utilities projects
- Site management and scheduling ability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 8 years industry experience
- Bonus: Experience in Electrofusion or Butt Welding
