Carer & Housekeeper (8-Week Contract)

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Carer and Housekeeper to assist with daily living and household support during an 8-week recovery period following surgery.

Location: Chapel HIll

Duration: 8 weeks (starting early October)

Hours: Flexible, ideally 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Duties Include:

  • Personal care assistance (mobility support, medication reminders, hygiene support)
  • Asian Meal preparation
  • General housekeeping (laundry, tidying, vacuuming, dishes)
  • Coordinating appointments and transport if needed
  • Occasional errands

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in caregiving or domestic support
  • Minimum 2 years of previous caregiving or domestic support experience required
  • Warm, respectful, and trustworthy demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and with discretion
  • Police check and references required
  • Driver's licence preferred
  • Visa holders welcome to apply

Remuneration:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience
