About the Role

We're looking for a qualified sheetfed offset printer who's excited by new technology and ready to take the next step. If you've been running a smaller press and want to level up to high-speed, large-format equipment—this is your opportunity.

You'll be supported to grow your skills and gain hands-on experience operating one of the industry's leading presses: the KBA Rapida 105.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Set up, operate, and monitor sheetfed offset printing presses
  • Maintain print quality throughout production and ensure job specs are met
  • Troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
  • Support process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a sheetfed offset printer (any press size considered)
  • Solid understanding of offset printing processes, machinery, and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to print quality
  • Mechanical aptitude and sound troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Formal qualifications in printing or graphic arts are advantageous
