The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Casual Forklift Operator to join our production and warehouse team. This role is hands-on, varied, and offers the chance to be part of an industry-leading company. For the right person we will provide on the job training and give them every opportunity to progress into a full-time role.

What You'll Do

· Handle, allocate, and dispatch orders to meet quality and delivery timelines.

· Operate machinery to print, treat and prepare corks for customer orders.

· Perform quality checks and record results to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that make us better every day.

What We're Looking For

· A current forklift licence (essential).

· Physically fit and capable of manual handling.

· Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics (advantageous).

· A strong eye for detail, with a focus on safety and quality.

· A positive, team-focused attitude aligned with our Beliefs.

· You will need to have work rights in Australia
