Our flagship Self-Employed to Strategist Program is seeking an all-star Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.

Sales Development Manager Position

What We Offer You

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Move prospects through the pipeline via CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods
  • Document all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM
  • Educate prospects on our workshops from an expert perspective
  • Allow the Sales Manager to shadow calls and provide feedback
  • Be available most days from 9 AM–5 PM AEST for calls
  • Stay updated on our products and industry trends using internal and external resources
  • Collaborate with the team to formulate ideas to better serve clients
  • Report emerging patterns of negative client feedback to the Sales Manager
  • Ensure smooth transitions for clients between programs

Results

  • All prospects are accurately moved in the CRM with detailed documentation by end of day
  • Maintain a close rate of 30–40% on inbound applications monthly
  • Consistently follow up with all qualified prospects indefinitely
  • Update sales stats sheet Monday–Friday by 5 PM AEST
  • Maintain effective and prompt communication with the team
  • Stay well-versed in the latest product offerings through continuous education
  • Adhere to all internal communication protocols

Requirements

  • Must be located in Melbourne
  • Experience in high-volume transactional sales (e.g., gym memberships, event tickets)
  • Excellent communication skills over phone and video conference
  • 1+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Open to learning new sales processes
  • Routine-driven and self-sufficient in time management
  • Well-organized, capable of maintaining a clear and observable pipeline
  • Eager to grow rapidly within the organization

Location

  • Onsite in Melbourne
  • Must be located in the state we are registered to do business in (Victoria)

Days/Hours

  • 5 days a week, AEST time zone

Compensation

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75k–$200k
