About the Role

As our Team Member, you will be offering top-tier service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Whether it's an engagement ring, anniversary gift, repair or "just because" moment, you'll be helping customers find that something special.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
  • Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm
  • Take in customer repairs

  • Contribute to a positive team culture and provide great customer service

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team

  • Provide detailed information about our products, including materials, designs, and craftsmanship

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better serve our customers
  • Contribute to the overall appearance and organisation of the store
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Retail/customer service experience (jewellery experience is a bonus)

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • A genuine passion for jewellery
  • Attention to detail, the ability to work accurately and pride in presentation
  • Reliable and flexible with availability (including weekends)
  • A friendly, helpful, and professional demeanour
