Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices to deliver safe, high-quality electrical work.
  • Plan and allocate tasks with the Project Manager to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 3000, OH&S standards, and company policies.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site.
  • Manage tools, materials, and documentation.
  • Conduct inspections, report progress, and maintain system reliability.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A Grade Electrical Trade Certificate & current WA Electrical Licence.
  • White Card
  • 5–7 years' electrical experience, including 2+ in supervision (commercial preferred).
  • Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and OH&S regulations.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of power, lighting, and control systems.
  • WA Driver's Licence required.
  • Familiarity with SimPro, Procore, BuildPass, and MS Office.
  • Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • First Aid certificate (advantageous).
  • Additional safety licences (e.g., high-risk, working at heights) desirable.
