Therapeutic interventions are delivered to participants of the case management schemes through a multi-faceted governance and operating model, with a Countering Violent Extremism Multi-Agency Panel (CVE MAP) and the Secretary of the Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) providing authorisation. - Motivate and influence participants in the case management process. Model pro-social behaviours and draw on strengths-based approaches,
- Monitor participant's compliance against case management plans; demonstrate assertiveness and confidence in dealing with participants exhibiting challenging behaviours and escalating issues to senior staff in a timely manner,
- Present on the progress of an individual's participation in the therapeutic schemes to CVE MAP members and other stakeholders,
