We are currently seeking an experienced Site Services Coordinator (handy person) to join our team to work across our Oberon site.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Ensure public-facing areas are maintained to a standard that reflects AKD's position as an industry leader.
  • Support the maintenance department by undertaking general maintenance duties, in buildings, offices and common areas.
  • General property maintenance and minor painting tasks.
  • Reporting issues, and progress on repairs and maintenance tasks to relevant personnel.
  • Demonstrated experience with general maintenance and building repairs.
  • Sound knowledge and acceptance of Workplace Health and Safety Principles.
