We're on the lookout for a customer-focused Internal Salesperson who's ready to jump into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be the friendly face (and voice) behind the scenes, helping customers find the right solutions while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins with professionalism and care.
  • Preparing quotes, booking service installations, and supporting tender responses.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
  • Supporting daily branch operations and administrative tasks.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years' experience in a sales role (internal or external).
  • A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bonus points for an interest in communications technology
