• Assist clients with daily personal needs, from routine tasks to exciting adventures.
• Participate in social activities and help clients build skills they're passionate about.

The Essentials for This Role

We're looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• Excellent communication skills
• First Aid/CPR certificate
• Manual handling, using hoist
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform environmental risk assessments
• Skill in building rapport and trust quickly
• Confident and capable driver
• Strong awareness of potential risks
• Exceptional people skills and rapport-building abilities
• Ability to build trust with diverse individuals
• Capable problem solver in dynamic situations
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments calmly
• Skill in engaging with clients of different personalities
• Ability to demonstrate safe task completion
• Efficiency in completing tasks and schedules
