About the Role

We're on the hunt for a sharp, self-motivated eCommerce Coordinator to manage and elevate the online presence of two growing brands – Fone King and Flight Risk. From building product pages to executing email campaigns, you'll be hands-on across all things Shopify, Klaviyo, and content management. If you're digitally savvy, creatively inclined, and love seeing your work make an impact – we want you.

Please note, this role is 5 days in office, Mascot NSW - No Hybrid Working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update products, collections, and landing pages across two Shopify stores
  • Build dynamic, conversion-focused landing pages using Shopify
  • Create and manage custom content via Shopify metaobjects
  • Design, test, and schedule email campaigns with Klaviyo
  • Edit promotional assets and product images using Photoshop
  • Use basic HTML/CSS for quick web fixes and UX improvements
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and merchandising
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities to improve site performance
  • Work across both brands with a strong focus on brand consistency and storytelling.

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years in an eCommerce role (fashion, tech, or lifestyle preferred)
  • 1+ year hands-on Shopify experience (including landing pages and store management)
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools
  • Familiar with Shopify metaobjects and dynamic content creation
  • Intermediate Photoshop skills for image and creative editing
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor site updates
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience managing large product catalogues or dual sites
  • ERP experience
  • Excel proficiency (bulk uploads, product data edits)
  • Data reporting or performance tracking
  • Adobe Photoshop or Canva skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content generation
