Synchro Partners is partnering with a leading organisation currently undergoing a significant transformation and seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience across HR systems, Finance systems, or ERP implementations.
This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring system implementations are fit-for-purpose and deliver maximum value to the organisation. Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and vendors, you will play a key role in requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, and supporting successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Analyse current processes, identify gaps, and design future-state workflows aligned to HR, Finance, or ERP solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and vendors.
  • Support system testing activities, including test case development, execution, and defect management.
  • Work closely with change, training, and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition and adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement to build alignment and consensus.
  • Collaborate with
    Finance stakeholders
    to capture business processes, reporting needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with
    HR operational teams
    to understand employee lifecycle processes, workforce management needs, and system dependencies.
  • Provide ongoing support, insights, and reporting to ensure project milestones and business outcomes are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience within large or complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience in
    HR, Finance, or ERP system implementations
    .
  • Strong capability in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with system transformation or technology projects.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across business, technical, and vendor teams.
