About the Role

As Director of Technology at easykind, you'll set the strategic direction, execution, and evolution of our technology ecosystem - enabling us to scale with impact while continuing to transform healthcare for patients and practitioners.

As a key member of easykind's Australian Leadership Team, you'll shape our technology vision, drive innovation, and align engineering, product, and data initiatives with business goals. This is a role for a forward-thinking leader who can balance visionary planning with pragmatic execution - building scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that will define the future of our business.

What you'll do

  • Set the vision – Define a compelling long-term technology strategy that fuels easykind's growth across digital health, user engagement, personalisation, and logistics.

  • Deliver innovation – Lead the design and implementation of solutions that improve patient and prescriber experiences, drive operational efficiency, and evolve our platforms for scale.

  • Build & inspire teams – Attract, grow, and retain exceptional talent across engineering, product, and data. Bring a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence to a fast growing team.

  • Shape transformative digital experiences – Deliver intuitive, industry-leading products tailored to alternative healthcare's unique challenges and opportunities.

  • Own the roadmap – Oversee near and long-term technology, product, and data roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market opportunities.

  • Ensure reliability & resilience – Safeguard uptime and performance through smart architecture, monitoring, and proactive risk management.

  • Governance & compliance – Uphold data privacy, security, and regulatory standards across all markets easykind operates in.

About you

You're a senior technology leader with a track record of scaling teams, platforms, and businesses in fast-paced environments. You bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with experience navigating complexity and driving impact.

  • Significant experience in a senior technology leadership role (Director, CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent) in a high-growth environment.

  • Proven success in translating business needs into scalable, secure technology solutions.

  • Skilled in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.

  • Strong customer-first mindset and ability to deliver intuitive digital experiences.

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator - able to align technical and non-technical audiences, and influence at the executive level.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
