About the role

AlertForce is looking for passionate and experienced Traffic Management Trainers and Assessors to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality workplace training and assessment services across New South Wales.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs in workplace health and safety and traffic management
  • Assess participants' competencies and provide detailed feedback to ensure they meet national standards
  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records in line with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the AlertForce team to continuously improve course content and training methodologies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and trainees

What we're looking for

  • Relevant vocational qualifications in workplace training and assessment, such as TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Demonstrated experience as a trainer and assessor in traffic management training,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with training standards
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to deliver training in various locations across New South Wales
