Courses (NSW Delivery):

  • CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
  • CPP51122 – Diploma of Property (Agency Management)

Requirements:

  • NSW industry experience in real estate or property management
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and currency evidence
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of ASQA compliance and NSW real estate regulations
