Senior Member Relations Coordinator – Australia/New Zealand
supports and coordinates the efforts of the Member Relations team in the region in achieving annual network sales and engagement goals.

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive professional to support our Member Relations team. You'll help drive member engagement, coordinate communications, support onboarding, and assist with strategic projects and events. This role offers growth potential into account management.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate member communications and onboarding
  • Support account managers with meetings, reports, and events
  • Maintain content and documentation across platforms

  • 4+ years' experience in business, travel, tourism or marketing
