You'll oversee the store's day-to-day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything's running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:*

  • Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
  • Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
  • Day to day inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
  • Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
  • Responsible for venue P&L management.

*Who we're looking for:*

  • Someone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality (Bonus if you have experience in QSR)
  • A people person – you thrive on bringing out the best in your team and making customers feel like family.
  • A go-getter with a positive attitude, ready to take on anything with a smile.
  • Someone who's organised, proactive, and always looking to improve.
