Run amazing shifts with your commercial mindset Create WOW spaces: Transform your venue into the ultimate FUN destination Support your team: Inspire and mentor a high-energy team of customer service, bartender and function host pros Manager & oversee operations: Take control of front of house & back of house portfolios like rosters, recruitment, training, P&L management, forecasting, and more Cultivate culture: Build a collaborative, inclusive vibe that makes coming to work exciting Grow and shine: Amplify your skills and those of your team while mastering all aspects of a bustling entertainment venue What You've Got Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing a busy entertainment / hospitality venue A valid RSA, relevant state approved managers license and Working with Children Check Availability to work nights and weekends.
