About the Opportunity
Are you ready to make a real impact in people's lives while growing your career with a leading financial services provider? HUB24 is looking for a Claims Consultant to join our Superannuation team based in Sydney or the Gold Coast
As a Claims Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide for customers navigating some of life's most important moments. You'll handle a variety of superannuation claims - ranging from permanent incapacity and family law to financial hardship and investment claims - ensuring every case is managed with care, accuracy, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process a variety of superannuation claims (e.g. permanent incapacity, family law, death, financial hardship, investment).
- Review claim forms and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with trustees, lawyers, advisers, clients, and beneficiaries to gather information and resolve queries.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely claim processing.
- Conduct initial investigations and research to support claim assessments.
- Ensure claims are assessed accurately and in line with policy terms.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in superannuation or financial services claims e.g. permanent incapacity, family law, death, financial hardship, investment claims.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Attention to detail and effective case management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- RG 146 compliance or ASFA Cert IV (desirable).
