The Role _**

At Infin8 care, our Funding Consultants are field based and work closely with internal and external stakeholders across a cluster of facilities to optimise funding claims in accordance with legislation, guidelines, and business rules (governmental and contractual). This is achieved through.
- Maximising AN-ACC/Additional Service funding to ensure that opportunities for AN-ACC/AS uplift are fully utilized and taken up.
- Ensuring there is adequate and up to date systems and processes to efficiently coordinate ANACC administration.
- Continuously building capacity and knowledge within Infin8Care team.

**_ About You_**

You are Enrolled or Registered Nurse, who has experience in the Aged Care sector, a working knowledge and understanding of ANACC / ACFI as a funding tool and the ability to travel intra / interstate 2-3 days per week. In addition, you are a skilled communicator who is able to engage with and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and by doing so help them to develop the skills and knowledge they require in order to understand the nuances associated with aged care funding. In addition to this you will ideally be
- Financially literate and able to explain financial concepts to others.
- Able demonstrate skills in change management.
- An effective report writer and presenter.
- Committed to quality and high degree of governance.
