**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Travel Club by Travel and Leisure is part of My Travel Group, a division of the Helloworld network of agencies and based on the sunny Gold Coast.

Responsibilities also include using Travelport for bookings, managing documentation and accounting in Cross Check Travel, handling travel disruptions, staying current on industry trends, and supporting monthly reporting and credit card reconciliation.

**HOW YOU WILL SHINE**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail, extensive experience and ability in Corporate Travel and lots of initiative. You will be a team player who is enthusiastic and results driven and capable of working autonomously with mínimal supervision. You will have the desire to provide a high level of customer service and need to have flexibility and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a unique ‘in-house’ position in which you only deal with our Company’s travel requirements both internationally and domestically, you will need to have great personal skills and experience working on Travelport/Galileo and Cross Check Travel.
- Demonstrated Corporate Travel experience with a high level of competency and accuracy
- Minimum 3 years Corporate Travel experience
- Galileo and Cross Check Travel (preferable)
- Understanding of fares and ticketing and associated guidelines
- Confidence, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fantastic attitude with a positive, mature and professional approach to work
