Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Melbourne, VIC. This is a dynamic role in a small business that has grown by 450% over the last 2.5 years. This role will require a robust management consulting tool kit
(structured problem solving, conceptual and quantitative analyses, compelling narrative telling and stakeholder management
) - it will also require a self-starter,
someone seeking the opportunity to shape the direction of the firm
rather than contribute to analyses.

Remuneration guide 95-120k + Super + Incentives
. This role will be reporting directly to the Managing Director (ex-Mckinsey / PE).

About you

You will require solid foundations (management consulting toolkit), have a genuine joy for problem solving (unstructured problems, rapidly evolving contexts as we scale), a desire to be 'in the business' (working alongside the business to shape, deliver and embed change) and seeking a pathway to leadership (ambitious and seeking growth within the firm).

You are likely working in a Tier 2 Strategy Firm, or Big 4 Consulting Practice.
