Strategy and Operations Senior Associate
to join our leadership team and help take our impact to the next level.

You'll work directly with our founder to drive growth, innovation, and excellence across our programs. This is a role designed for a high-performing individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving big challenges, and is passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the founder to design and implement strategies that enhance student outcomes and the EdAtlas experience
  • Analyse performance data to refine tutoring methodologies, resources, and results
  • Build and manage strong relationships with schools, parents, and students
  • Lead marketing initiatives that highlight student success stories and our world-class results
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives to expand our reach and elevate our impact

  • Passionate about helping VCE students achieve their full potential
  • A strategic thinker who can convert strong tutoring results into broader educational success
  • Adaptable, resilient, and driven by a growth mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and scheduling skills
  • Proven in delivering exceptional results in education, tutoring, or a related field
  • Deeply familiar with the 
    VCE curriculum
     – particularly Mathematics, Science, and UCAT preparation
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
