What are we looking for?
As a result of growth, ORDE is appointing a Relationship Manager based in Victoria to our Distribution Team. ORDE is purpose built to meet broker demand for better specialist lending standards and the Relationship Manager roles play a critical role in delivery of these standards.

Your Opportunity Is To

  • Support ORDE's BDM's servicing their origination activities in Victoria
  • Contribute to an engagement strategy centred on exceptional service and benefit to brokers
  • Utilise and build your strong credit acumen to:
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality applications, then support deals through to Credit approval
  • Evaluate relatively complex scenarios and proposals and shape strong solutions
  • Collaborate with an experienced, 'can do' Credit team, to align and streamline applications
  • Build broker relationship and attend industry events
  • Build your industry footprint by co-hosting national webinars for newly accredited brokers in support of broker education
  • Work with high quality information in ORDE's CRM sales pipeline
  • Shape yourself as a highly experienced and skilled distribution professional, trained in specialist credit across a broad product range.
