This highly respected property developer and builder is known for delivering outstanding projects across several sectors. With a strong reputation for turnkey solutions and innovation, they are now seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator. This role offers hands-on exposure across the full project lifecycle, with support from an experienced leadership team and clear opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating project documentation, schedules, and budgets
  • Support senior project managers with stakeholder and client communication
  • Monitor project progress and contribute to site inspections and reporting
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • 2-5 years' experience in project coordination or site-based roles within construction
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
