About the Opportunity
As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for cleaning dishes, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and assisting with moving stock and equipment and, occasionally, assisting the chefs with food preparation.
To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional organisational skills, be energetic, hardworking and have a positive attitude.
You will be working under the direction of our talented chefs so the ability to take direction and follow instructions is a must. The smooth running of the kitchen will depend on you
What you'll need to be successful
- Experience in a similar, high-volume role with repetitive tasks 
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work in a team or independently 
- Previous experience using a commercial dishwasher advantageous 
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 7-day roster (breakfast, lunch and dinner), including public holidays and the festive season
