Piccolo Me Australia Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and exceptional Cook to join our team at our cafe location at Horsley Park.

Role and Responsibility

  • Preparing a range of meals for guests of the venue, to a high standard
  • Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
  • Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
  • Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
  • Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience in a fast and busy environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Must have flexible availability

  • Be a team player and a good communicator
