The opportunity

The Family Support and Inclusion Officer is a key role at Aspire Early Education, responsible for supporting families through the orientation process, assisting with the settling of children into their learning environments, and providing guidance for families managing behavioural concerns.

This role involvesinitiating difficult conversations with families, connecting them with community resources, and guiding them through government funding processes. Working closely with Centre Leadership Teams, Room Leaders, and families to ensures the best outcomes for children's wellbeing and development. You will be working Part-time 25 hours per week across five days per week. There may be options to work up to 37.5 hours.

About you

  • Must hold a Diploma in early childhood education & care OR Above.
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training certificates.
  • Current Employee Working with Children Check.
  • Mandatory Reporting Training.
  • Familiarity with early childhood development and behavioural strategies.
  • Understanding of community resources and government funding processes.
  • Stong background in early years inclusion is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the National Quality Framework (NQF).
