AWS Services is growing fast, and we're on the hunt for a motivated Waterproofer / Torch-On Specialist to join our team in Boronia.

With over 20 years in the industry, AWS Services is one of Australia's leading remedial construction companies. We work across civil works, building refurbishments, concrete repairs, protective coatings and waterproofing — and we're looking for skilled people like you to help deliver top-quality projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Applying torch-on membranes & waterproofing systems
• Preparing & priming surfaces
• Assisting with concrete repairs & patching when needed
• Site setup, preparation & clean-up
• Delivering safe, high-quality work alongside a skilled crew

What we're looking for:

• White Card – Mandatory
• Proven experience with torch-on & waterproofing systems
• Physically fit & comfortable working outdoors
• High Risk Work licences – Preferred
• First Aid – Preferred
• A strong work ethic & commitment to safety

Most of the work is based in Melbourne CBD and surrounds, with projects varying depending on job location.

Pay: $38.00 – $44.00 per hour
