You'll be the go-to person for IT support, managing tickets, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining hardware and software assets. You'll also help build clear documentation and user-friendly resources that empower staff to troubleshoot common issues independently.

Daily Tasks may include:
Responding to Tier 1 support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Coordinating with external MSPs and vendors to resolve escalated issues and minimize user downtime.
Documenting IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, hardware setup, and troubleshooting guides.
Managing IT hardware and software procurement, setup, and disposal, while maintaining accurate asset records.
Maintaining and updating MDM systems and asset registers to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Developing and maintaining a library of self-service resources for common IT issues.
Supporting internal teams with technical queries and providing clear, non-technical explanations.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and user experience.
We're looking for a motivated individual with:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proven experience in IT support or administration support.
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with IT ticketing systems and support workflows.
Experience with hardware/software lifecycle management and MDM platforms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
A proactive, self-directed work style with a focus on service and reliability.
A mindset for continuous improvement and a passion for helping others succeed through technology.
