• A great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Accounting Specialist to join the dynamic team at Endeavour Group
• A hybrid role - great office location in Richmond, Melbourne; with work from home arrangements available

As the Payroll Accounting Specialist, you will work within a supportive team to deliver national payroll accurately and on-time every week.

In this role you will apply your specialist payroll knowledge and SAP experience to support the business requirements.

Here's a snapshot of the Payroll Accounting Specialist responsibilities:

• Performing month-end superannuation reconciliation, followed by file submission
• On-going monitoring of superannuation rejections and redirections.
• Reconciling payroll postings and General Ledger accounts
• Ensuring PAYG tax is reconciled each pay, and submitted to Finance for payment
• Managing superannuation fund set up and compliance
• Assisting with monthly Payroll Tax submissions and the annual Payroll Tax return
• Timely resolution of payroll cases using Service Now
• SME for Pay-Day Superannuation at Endeavour Group
• Maintain and manage payroll process and policy documentation as required and actively share knowledge and cross skill team members
• Identify key risk areas and develop/implement action plans to ensure ongoing compliance

Now let's talk about you:

• You will bring to the role a strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Payroll and superannuation
• Minimum of 5 years payroll experience.
• Systems experience - SAP ECP is desirable, Service Now and/or UKG is also ideal.
• Experience working in larger organisations, within a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of Australian legislation and award interpretation.
• Ability to solve complex problems relating to payroll and superannuation.
• Excellent time management skills, eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to document and deliver process improvements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
