  • Hours: 5 half-days per week (flexible Mon–Fri; occasional event hours)

My client is seeking a proactive, discreet, and highly organised Executive Assistant to support a high-profile Principal across both professional and personal domains. This part-time role blends classic EA responsibilities with hands-on personal support—from calendar management and inbox triage to errands, event prep, and household coordination.

You'll work primarily from home, with 1–2 half-days per week in-person at the Principal's residence for face-to-face briefings, walk-throughs, and on-site tasks. The ideal candidate is someone who's always two steps ahead—anticipating needs, removing friction, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run practical errands (dry cleaning, pharmacy, post office, gift shopping, etc.)
  • Maintain life admin checklists and ensure timely renewals, reminders, and travel prep
  • Coordinate household vendors and supervise visits when needed
  • Prepare meeting/event kits and manage personal calendar touches (birthdays, charity dates)
  • Orchestrate a complex diary across board, charity, media, and event commitments
  • Draft polished communications and prepare daily/weekly briefings
  • Liaise with charities, sponsors, and media contacts with warmth and professionalism
  • Track expenses, maintain tidy digital records, and manage a simple CRM
  • Provide light on-site support during charity functions or speaking engagements

Essential:

  • Proven EA/PA experience supporting a busy executive or household
  • Hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
  • Impeccable organisation, confidentiality, and follow-through
  • Excellent written communication with a warm, polished tone
  • Tech-savvy across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Zoom/Teams
  • Reliable home office setup and ability to attend in-person days

Desirable:

  • Experience with events or charity coordination
  • Light design skills (PowerPoint/Canva)
  • Familiarity with local vendors and services
