An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and entrepreneurial hospitality professional to take the reins of an established venue on the Mornington Peninsula.

This role offers the chance to shape a destination venue and bring a unique vision to life. The successful candidate will be hands-on, commercially minded and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

This is not your average venue. With prime Main Street positioning, a full commercial kitchen and one of the rare 3am general liquor licenses in the area, this 300 + capacity two-level venue is a blank canvas with a head start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations with a focus on service excellence and team performance
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to grow functions, events, and late-night trade
  • Oversee financial performance, staffing, and compliance
  • Build brand identity and community engagement through strong leadership and innovation

Key Requirements:
