About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

· Operating excavators (1.7T – 10T) across bulk and detailed earthworks.

· Taking on a variety of projects, including demolition, site cuts, screw piling, and general excavation.

· Managing your own workday — loading/unloading machines, transporting between sites, and getting stuck in where needed.

· Reading and interpreting plans, with the ability to mark out and set out jobs accurately.

· Performing routine maintenance and keeping equipment in top condition.

· Supporting the team on the ground when required — flexibility is key.

What We're Looking For

· A current MR licence (minimum) with confidence driving trucks.

· Strong knowledge and practical experience in excavation and site preparation.

· A proactive, self-sufficient operator who can work independently and as part of a team
