We're seeking an experienced Community Workforce Manager to lead our rostering and workforce planning team. If you're a strategic thinker who loves solving complex scheduling challenges and driving efficiency in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Your role:
  • Lead and optimise rostering for community-based clinicians across multiple regions
  • Analyse workforce data to forecast demand and enhance service delivery
  • Drive high utilisation through proactive planning and process improvement
  • Oversee workforce management systems to ensure accuracy and insight-driven reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on KPIs and business objectives
  • Champion continuous improvement and foster growth within your team
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience managing a mobile or field-based workforce with complex rostering needs
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability (Power BI or WFM systems a plus)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
