We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options to customers.
– Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas.
– Oversee coffee machine settings and perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
– Handle cash and process transactions accurately.
– Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service standards.
– Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or Equivalent
– Barista experience preferred
– Experience in front of house roles
– Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
– Attention to detail
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Good time management skills
