Mars Orthodontics is a modern, boutique orthodontic clinic located in the heart of South Brisbane. We're passionate about creating beautiful smiles and delivering an unforgettable patient experience and we're looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

About the Role

This is a casual position (2 days a week to start) for a Receptionist who enjoys working with people and providing outstanding front desk support. As our practice grows, there will be opportunities for additional days and expanded responsibilities. This role will eventually turn into a part-time or full-time position.

What You'll Do

  • Greet & Check in patients and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
  • Handle payments (HICAPS & Eftpos) and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support the team by keeping the front desk running smoothly
  • Assist with general administrative duties as needed

About You

Previous reception experience (dental or medical preferred, but not essential)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator

Reliable, professional, and a team player

Comfortable using computer systems and willing to learn new software

Fast learner
