Our **Lucas Dental** practice is a part of our ever-growing Bupa network of dental, optical and health insurance practices and stores

Lucas Dental is well known for its cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants and general dentistry. We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced **Receptionist**as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 6-chair practice. **The Opportunity**:
We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our **South Plympton, SA** practice available for Dental Receptionists seeking permanent part-time work:

- Modern dental practice with 6 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments
- Friendly, fun and dedicated team
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**You'll be**:

- Available to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday - no weekends ever
- Previous Dental Reception experience will be highly regarded, open to training provided
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
