As Executive Manager for the Central Coast, you'll take on a newly created leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of business banking in one of Australia's most vibrant regional economies.

This newly created Executive Manager role is a unique opportunity for an emerging leader to step into executive management and shape the future of our Central Coast business. You will lead a large and diverse team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for our business customers and communities, and be responsible for cultivating new relationships, building local capability, and establishing the foundations for long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Business Banking team across the Central Coast.
  • Champion customer success by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions.
  • Drive strategic growth through deep market insights and commercial acumen.
  • Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
  • Represent CommBank as a key regional ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and the broader business community.
  • Navigate complexity with confidence—structuring and negotiating sophisticated business solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
  • A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
  • A track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
