Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Office Administration Support professional to ensure the smooth running of our two adjacent Gold Coast offices, supporting around 100 staff. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in creating a well-organised, welcoming workplace.
You'll play a key role in creating a supportive and engaging workplace, with variety in your day-to-day tasks and the chance to make a real impact on office culture.
This is a 6months contract.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office spaces, kitchen, meeting rooms, and supplies
- Coordinate contractors, facilities, and minor repairs
- Manage staff access cards, onboarding/offboarding processes
- Handle reception duties, mail, couriers, and office enquiries
- Provide general admin support, records management, and meeting room coordination
- Assist with IT troubleshooting and travel bookings
- Support local events, office culture, and engagement initiatives
- Act as First Aid Officer and Fire Warden (training provided if required)
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration or facilities support (preferred)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to pick up internal systems quickly
- Current First Aid & Fire Warden certificate (or willingness to obtain)
