Step into Santa's enchanted photo world with Scene to Believe, where twinkling lights, smiling faces, and festive fun make every day unforgettable.

We're hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves, as we like to call them) across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa's visitors as you guide visitors through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.

We are looking for a Christmas Experience Team to drive performance at sites in the Bundaberg Region, including:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcome, families and spread Christmas cheer
  • Help capture magical Santa photos
  • Ensure a fun, stress-free experience (for kids and adults)
  • Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen
  • Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Most importantly, you'll ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience.

All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the 'office' is magical
