We're looking for skilled and dedicated Project Manager to be part of our growing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage of projects from planning to execution.
  • Ensure projects meet technical specifications, budgets, and timelines
  • Responsible for tenders and contract bids, negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with involved parties.
  • Manage and negotiate the efficient supply of direct & subcontractor labour and materials.
  • Monitor and assess performance of staff and contractors
  • Maintain compliance with safety and industry standard

Requirements:

  • Experience in HVAC and R – commercial applications
  • Experience managing projects up to at least $3 million
  • Could be trade, diploma or degree qualified
  • Excellent problem solver
  • A self-starter who likes to collaborate
  • Adept at managing multiple projects
  • Open and honest communication
  • Excellent at documenting all facets of the projects
  • Showing strong leadership to the teams on sites
  • Good at customer service to ensure long term relationships
