About the Role

The Project Officer is CCNT's internal specialist for CatholicCare's Specialist Homelessness Services.  The role enables program and site managers across four NT regions to lift service quality, meet contractual targets and build workforce capability. Key functions include project management, coaching, data-driven improvement and stakeholder engagement.

The role monitors program performance and reporting and provides support to the Housing Manager to ensure high quality and performance driven programs.

What we are looking for 

• Formal Qualification in Social Work, Community Services or related field, and relevant experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, service quality improvement and staff capability building
• Proven success partnering with Aboriginal organisations and working effectively in culturally diverse contexts
• High-level organisational skills: ability to juggle multiple projects, meet targets and maintain compliance
